CNC machines can be used to produce parts with high precision and accuracy, and can be programmed to create complex geometries that would be difficult or impossible to produce using manual machining techniques.

We specialize in the machining of FR4, a high-hardness material, which is widely used in advanced technology industries, including the semiconductor industry.

while both 3-axis and 5-axis CNC machines are used for precision manufacturing, 5-axis CNC machines offer greater flexibility and can produce more complex parts with greater accuracy.

We can do customized in-house aluminium mold design, machining, and assembly.

Compared to the injection molding industry, vacuum forming mold costs are often two times cheaper or more. Vacuum forming typically uses aluminum molds and requires only a male or female mold, without the need for a fully enclosed mold.

We can also achieve products with undercuts (where the opening is smaller than the body) through unique mold designs.
